I cannot find my submissions now?

I have submitted my submission "VTA green hero" one hour ago (http://challengepost.com/software/vta-greenhero). When I saw the permission to update the video , I tried to update with a video just now. After that, I cannot find my submission in the submissions tab. :( Need help.
